Tony Horner Death, Obituary – Tony Horner passed away on February 12, 2023, at his home, surrounded by his loving family members. We are extremely sorry to tell you of this news and express our deepest condolences. He passed away without ever having to endure any agony or distress. I hope and pray that he will be at rest for the rest of eternity.
A former inhabitant of 70 Summer Hill, Prehen, Derry, BT47 2PL, he lived there throughout the last portion of his life. He passed away in 2010. Beloved and devoted husband of Kathleen, as well as a loving and attentive father of Claire (Malone), Brenda (Jamison), Cliona, Paul, and Catriona. Also, a loving and devoted son-in-law to Brenda (Jamison) (Harkin).
A grandfather who never fails to give his grandchildren, in particular Ryan, Michael, Andrew, Olivia, Caitlin, Clodagh, Alana, and Luan, his complete and undivided attention. Malin Gardens Rest in peace, beloved son of the late William “Billy,” often known as Billy, and Catherine Horner, who have both passed away. His daughter and sons in law, in addition to the rest of his family, will miss him very much.
In fact, the rest of his family will miss him very much as well. There will be a memorial service held today at 1:30 p.m. at McLaughlin’s Funeral Home, and you are cordially invited to attend. Leaving the funeral home around about two in the afternoon in order to travel to the location where he formerly resided and spend some time there unwinding there. Between the hours of 10 p.m. and 10 a.m., spending time with family is given the highest priority.
On Wednesday, February 15th, the funeral will begin at his former residence at 9:15 am, and then proceed to Saint Columba’s Church Long Tower for the Requiem Mass at 10:00 am. The funeral will end at his former residence at 11:15 am. The funeral will come to a close at his previous place of abode at 10:15. Following the tragic tragedy, the deceased were laid to rest at the City Cemetery as soon as it was possible to do so.
