As was mentioned earlier, Thomas James Weber, better known to you all as “TJ,” went away in an unexpected manner on January 27, 2019. His death came as a complete surprise to everyone. There is no question in my mind that the vast majority of you have had the opportunity and pleasure through the years to become acquainted with TJ to some degree.

This is something that I am able to state without any shadow of a doubt. Because of his way of thinking, his careful attention to detail, and his optimistic “can do” attitude, each and every one of us has been profoundly influenced. He has given everyone of us the impression that anything is now within our reach.

It was his razor-sharp wit and devil-may-care sense of humour that gained him a legendary reputation among the staff at Fisher’s. This was as a result of the fact that he had the ability to instantly cheer up the environment and put a smile on everyone’s face. We have had the privilege of watching him develop into the remarkable young man that he is today, which is something that we consider to be both a wonderful honour and a source of great delight.

Since he was a child, we have had the opportunity to watch him grow into the remarkable young man that he is today. TJ will be greatly and profoundly missed by each and every one of us here. To put it more plainly, his absence will lead to significant deviations from the way things are generally handled around here, which will cause significant disruptions.

During this tremendously trying time, we ask that you remember TJ and his family in your thoughts and prayers. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. During this trying time, we ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers as you go about your day. Remember that I asked you to keep the previous request in mind.
