Rita Wright Death, Obituary – The news that a wonderful friend who had been a patron of McLaughlins for more than three decades, Rita (Wright), had passed away the previous evening came as a big shock to all of us. When Rita would stroll through the door at McLaughlins, it was always a pleasant surprise and a welcome addition to the day. Rita was an integral component of the establishment. Our deepest condolences go out to Rita’s family and friends; she will be remembered with a great deal of affection by all of us.
Rita Ann Wright, whose maiden name was Burns, passed away on the 12th of December, 2022. She was 74 years old. She was born to Edward and Billie Burns in San Francisco, California, on July 13, 1948. Her parents were named Edward and Billie Burns. Her devoted son Jason Wright and her four grandchildren, Eric Wright, Todd Bell, Brian Bell, and Amanda Bell, are the only ones to carry on Rita’s legacy. And 3 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Rita is survived by her two brothers, Steve and Jerry Burns, as well as a large number of cousins.
Rita was also the doting mother of a girl named Rhonda Bell, who sadly passed away in the year 2003. She spent the last 20 years of her life in great grieving over the loss of her daughter, whom she loved more than anything else in the world and missed more than anything else. We’ll always miss you and adore you, Mom (also known as Grandma Ritie), and we love you very much.
Rita was an extremely attractive woman who was also very caring and had a bright attitude. Whenever she entered a room, she immediately made everyone smile. She was quite open in social situations, and as a result, she made a lot of friends wherever she went. She called the cities of Ukiah, Lakeport, Sacramento, Marysville, Walnut Creek, and Benicia in California home and worked there as well. Loveland, Colorado was her home for the final three years of her life, and that is where she passed away. Sh
