He was a God-sent angel who left an impression on everyone who cared about him, and he is now at peace in the arms of the Lord. Riley attended Mission Basilica School from the time he was in the Pre-Kindergarten all the way through the eighth grade. It was like a second home for him, and many of his closest friends were made during his time there.
It was in the year 2020 that he received his diploma from JSerra Catholic High School. Golf was one of his many interests and hobbies. He was the most valuable player on the Junior Varsity squad both his freshman and sophomore years, and he played every match on the Varsity team in his junior and senior years. He graduated from high school as the most valuable player on the Varsity team.
Riley possessed a gentle and reassuring demeanour. He went on a mission trip to Piura, Peru, when he was a junior in high school. It was one of the most unforgettable events of his life. It was there that he assisted in the construction of homes, went to visit orphanages, and brought care packages to the villagers who were the poorest of the poor in the hamlet.
After graduating from high school, he continued his education at California State University, Chico, where he was working towards earning his PGA teaching credential. When he wasn’t out on the golf course, he enjoyed watching basketball, particularly the Los Angeles Lakers, and getting out on his dirt bike.
Riley never failed to mention the excellent experiences he shared with his classmates, instructors, and coaches when he was attending Mission Basilica School.
