Richard Graf Dearth, Obituary – Funeral house that is owned and operated locally, operates independently, and provides a wide range of funeral-related services to its clients is known as a community-owned and operated funeral home. By taking care of all of the appropriate arrangements, we make it possible for relatives and friends to be together and celebrate a life that was lived in this location after the person has passed away.
The Outer Banks (OBX) location of our funeral home is attentive and aware of the numerous demands that families in the community place on us. These households have a significant amount of faith in our abilities. We are able to differentiate ourselves from the other businesses operating within our sector by focusing on excellence and providing individualised care to each of our clients. As a result, we are able to meet or exceed the expectations of each and every one of our customers.
Karen Graf, Rick’s wife, was the one who broke the devastating news that Rick’s spouse, Richard “Rick” Graf, Jr., had passed suddenly on February 6, 2023 at their home in Colington as the result of an unforeseen illness. Karen, Rick’s kids Missy, Shannon, and Ramsey, and his stepchildren Jana, Ashley, and A.J. are honouring Rick’s wish to be cremated, and they are joined in this by Karen. In addition, Karen’s very own children, Jana, Ashley, and A.J., are fulfilling this desire.
A memorial service honouring Rick’s life will be conducted in the Colington Club House on the morning of Sunday, February 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. sound-side. This service will be held in celebration of Rick’s life. The memorial service will be held in Rick’s honour to commemorate his departure. Because there will be a finite amount of seats available during the event, guests are strongly requested to bring their own beach chairs with them.
