Reg Keeling Obituary, Death – Reg Keeling was a member of our staff, and after becoming aware of his illness, we are devastated to tell you that he has passed away. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Our hearts are heavy with the burden of the loss we have suffered. Reg, along with his brothers Tony and Barry, signed up for membership in the Sandhurst TOW Club when he was 16 years old, and they all started their training at the club in 1979.
Reg was one of the club’s senior citizens and one of its longest-serving members. After those few years, he made rapid strides toward becoming a regular member of the main team, and he won his first international medal at a competition in Folkestone for the European open at 560 kilograms. The competition was held in the category of 560 kilograms. The contest was held in the class for athletes who weighed 560 kilograms.
After making multiple appearances for England in various competitions, Reg became an indispensable member of the Sandhurst TOW club and remained there for the better part of four decades. After that, he continued his career by competing on an international level. Reg was a total and complete club enthusiast, and he and his entire family were devoted patrons of the establishment for a number of years. Reg’s enthusiasm for the club was contagious.
It was impossible not to catch Reg’s infectious enthusiasm for the club.
