Patrick Solomon Death, Obituary – When we found out that Councillor Patrick Solomon had passed away on February 23 at his residence in Kingsbrook, the ward that he had previously represented, we were overcome with an overwhelming sense of loss. Up until that point, he had been a member of the council for a considerable amount of service time. The passing of Patrick comes just one week after that of his cherished wife Joan, whose death was the result of Joan’s prolonged illness. Patrick’s passing comes just one week after Joan’s passing. It has only been a week since Joan passed away, and now Patrick has also passed away. Only a week has passed since Joan’s passing, and now Patrick has also left this world. Just one week has gone by since Joan left this world, and now Patrick has also taken his final breath.
Patrick was one of the nicest and friendliest people you could ever hope to meet, and he demonstrated his beliefs by making contributions that improved the lives of a large number of people as well as the community as a whole. He was also one of the most generous people you could ever hope to meet. Should you ever have the opportunity to speak with Patrick, you will not be let down in any way. It was an honor for him to serve on the council, and it was an honor for us to have the chance to get to know him better. Both experiences were considered to be privileges. As a direct consequence of his departure, we are going to be put through a considerable amount of emotional anguish and physical hardship as a consequence of the losses we have sustained.
