Nicholas Dyman Obituary, Death – Mr. Nicholas Dyman, who had been working at Pierce Middle School as a social studies teacher for students on the Purple Team in the eighth grade, passed away the Sunday before the previous one. His passing comes as a great loss to the school and its community. I am sorry that I have to be the one to tell you the disheartening news that we received this morning.
Please accept my apologies. It has caused me to have a burden in my heart. During our conversation, I was able to speak with Mr. Dyman’s father, and while we were talking, he expressed his gratitude for everything that students and staff at Pierce Middle School have done for his son over the course of the past couple of years. Mr. Dyman is currently enrolled at Pierce Middle School. Mr. Dyman is a middle school pupil at the moment, attending Pierce Middle School.
During this trying time, I made it a point to tell Mr. Dyman’s father that their family is in our thoughts and prayers, that we are thinking of them, and that we are supporting them in any way that we can. I also let him know that we are supporting them in any way that we can. I have been tasked with breaking the news to our students that we have experienced a setback, and I will do so in the morning announcement that I will deliver to them tomorrow.
We have made the necessary preparations to ensure the availability of additional grief counselors for the benefit of any members of the faculty or staff as well as students who may feel it would be beneficial to have someone to talk to about the feelings of loss they are experiencing.
