Matt Pellowski Obituary, Death -According to Cass County Sheriff Bryan Welk, a snowmobile accident that occurred on February 7 resulted in the death of a man who lived in Eden Prairie and was 54 years old. A more remote region of Pequot Lakes was where the event took place and was observed. At 9:38 in the morning, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office received a call reporting a snowmobile accident that had occurred on the Maple Leaf Snowmobile Trail, which is located along County Road 1 in Maple Township, which is situated in rural Pequot Lakes.
Pequot Lakes is where you should look for the trail’s starting point. As a direct consequence of the accident, there were those who sustained injuries. When officers of the law and other emergency professionals arrived at the scene, they discovered that the individual was driving a Ski-Doo snowmobile that had been produced in the year 2009. The man was attempting to manage a driveway approach down the track when the accident occurred. He was thrown from the snowmobile and hit a power pole as a result of the mishap. In the collision, he suffered injuries as well.
On the scene, there were efforts made to save the life of the man; nevertheless, in the end, it was determined that he had already passed away and couldn’t be brought back to life. The crash is still being looked into, and the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office is getting ready to perform an autopsy on the victim at some point in the relatively near future. The Lake Shore Police Department, the Pequot Lakes Fire and Rescue Department, North Memorial Ambulance, and Life Link were all among the local emergency services that went to the location to assist people who required assistance.
