David Meachin Death, Obituary – Old Hiltonian Damian Farrell (1978, McKenzie), who served as chairman of the Old Hiltonians’ organization in the United States of America, passed away unexpectedly. We are deeply grieved by this news. Our deepest sympathies go out to Damian’s widow Katherine, as well as their children and their extended families.
