Dewey Rotruck Death, Obituary – I am sorry to be the one to break the news to you all, but one of our fellow Rotarians, Dewey Rotruck, has died away. It is with a sad heart that I do so. I am saying this with a very heavy heart, but it is something that needs to be said. I am writing to offer you with an update on some recent happenings and let you know about them. I thought it was important for you to be aware of them. I am putting in a lot of effort to accomplish the tasks that have been laid out in front of me, however doing so makes my heart feel heavy. Dewey was our organization’s President during the years 1990 and 1991, and he retained that post throughout the whole of his stint as President, which lasted both years. At this time period, he maintained his dominance over our organization.
His grin was always warm and inviting, and he was always ready to lend a hand whenever it was wanted. He was always prepared to offer assistance. Because of all of these traits, he was named Rotarian of the Year in 2006, and he would be greatly missed by his peers and the community. Due of these two extremely distinct aspects of his life, a lot of people will miss him very much when he passes away. Hastings Funeral House has been assigned the job of making the required arrangements for the funeral ceremonies, which are scheduled to take place at a later period. The family has assigned this task to the funeral home. In the future, the funeral services are going to be held for the deceased. In the not too distant future, the funeral services are going to take place, therefore we kindly ask that you do not arrive late.
