Dawn Newburey Death, Obituary – Dawn Newburey. On February 6, 2023, Dawn Newburey, who had been a resident of Bath, New York, and had reached the age of 61, passed away at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Dawn Newburey was born to her parents, Victor J. Newburey Sr. and Maxine R. (Wilcox) Smith, on August 29, 1961. Her grandfather was Victor J. Newburey.
Dawn’s children, Jody Francis, who lives in Arizona, and Kenneth (KJ) Putman Jr., who lives in Bath, are the ones who have continued her work after she passed away.
Her grandchildren Christopher Francis of Bath, Troy Joseph of Branchport, and Anna Hand of Woodhull are all people that she has brought up.
Dawn is also survived by her sisters,
Sue Winters of Georgia, Norma Yarka and her husband Jack from Cameron, Naomi Clark and her husband Jim from Hornell, Shirley Ketchum and her husband Brian from Tennessee, Pamelalynn Balfour and her husband Mark Miller from Florida, and Sherry Smith and her husband Mark Miller from Hornell. Pamelalynn lives in Florida, Sue resides in Georgia, Norma in Cameron, and Naomi in Hornell. Pamelalynn’s home state is New York. The state of Tennessee is where Shirley resides. Sherry is a resident of Horn.
Her extended family, including a large number of nieces and nephews, her friends, and her two furbabies, Buddy and Beaux, will miss her terribly.
All of Dawn’s ancestors, including her mother and father, daughter Heidi Francis, brother Victor J. Newburey Jr., and sisters Ruth White and Berta Smith Learn, passed away before she did. We will get together at a later date to remember the departed person and celebrate their life.
