Chuck Kumalaa Obituary, Death – On February 6, 2023, Charles Louis Kumalaa, age 60, passed away. He was a resident of Marion, Ohio. Charles was born on January 9, 1963, to Roberta Merkel and the late Louis Burch, and he has lived his life in a variety of locations across the United States. He was named after his grandfather, who was also named Charles. It was while he was on the road driving a truck that he met and married his late wife Jennifer Kumalaa. Together, they had a beautiful 25 years together, and they are now back together in heaven.
In addition to his younger sisters, he is survived by his four children, William Kumalaa, Jessica Kumalaa, Savannah Maine, and Kylie (Cade) Wygal, as well as his six grandchildren and Savannah Maine. Over the years, he was a devoted and compassionate father who worked as a truck driver to support his family, which required him to make immeasurable sacrifices. He was an amazing parent and an even more amazing grandparent to his children and grandchildren, whom he adored more than anything else in this world.
Chuck was often found spending his free time in the company of automobiles. He was well-known for the exciting and showy cars that he drove, whether it was his old Willys or his old Chevy, his brilliant orange Charger, or his magnificent blue Challenger. His automobiles were always something that caused people to look in his direction. You were sure to find him out and about on his motorcycle if you couldn’t locate him at an AMMO event or a vehicle show where he was participating with his club, Rod Knockers. Constantly taking trips with his pals on exciting and difficult roads, such as the Tail of the Dragon, or just motoring around town.
Chuck was also a very enthusiastic music lover. Concerts were a fun activity for him to enjoy with his children and his wife Jennifer. He had a great time during his final summer on this planet touring with Five Finger Death Punch while driving a truck for them and being able to be a part of their tour. Because he brought so much joy and comfort to so many people’s lives, our world will never be the same without him in it. He will be sorely missed. There will be a gathering to celebrate his life conducted in his honor, and members of his family can be privately contacted for more details.
