Carol is survived by her sister, Marcia Prather, as well as her husband Bobby, who both reside in Shelbyville, Illinois; her sons,
Matthew Dilley (and his wife Ashley) of Mattoon, Illinois, and Aaron Dilley, who resides in Shelbyville, Illinois; her daughter, Michelle Dilley, who also resides in Shelbyville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Dominique Dilley, David Kerr, Justice Griffith, Jasmine Kerr, Jonah Dilley, Kadin Griffith. Her children, her parents, her husband, Gene, her brothers Larry Bly, David Bly, and Daryl Bly, and her sisters Pam Carter and Debra Bly all predeceased her. Her parents were both born in the United States.
