Aimee has been a daughter, sister, wife, and mother throughout her life; however, the last six years of her life have been spent focusing on her fight against cancer.
Aimee’s life has been consumed by her fight against cancer for the last six years. In 2018, a diagnosis of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), a subtype of leukemia, was made in connection to her condition. CML is an abbreviation for chronic myeloid leukemia. After that, during the course of the preceding year and a half, she was given the prognosis that she had triple-negative breast cancer.
Aimee has persevered despite the difficulties presented by undergoing chemotherapy in addition to radiation therapy for the purpose of treating her cancer. The previous diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer has, sadly, been upgraded to stage 4 metastatic breast cancer at this point in time. She is presently participating in a variety of treatments at the hospital with the intention of lessening the amount of discomfort that she is in the midst of as well as preserving the level of vitality that she possesses while she is there.
This journey has not only been an emotional one, but also a financial one, as you can imagine, because William needed to make adjustments to his work schedule in order to be able to care for the family. This has made this journey more difficult than it would have been otherwise. Because of this, the journey will be significantly more challenging than it would have been otherwise.
