2 killed after Herndon VA Shooting, Police Investigating Incident

Herndon VA Shooting – The investigation into the fatal shooting and stabbing of two people that took place inside a home in Fairfax County continues. The deaths of both victims occurred on the same day. On Friday, a man and a woman were discovered shot to death inside a home in Fairfax County, Virginia. Two other people have been taken into custody by the police in connection with the fatal shooting and stabbing that occurred inside the home.

Both of the victims were found inside the residence. Two people, a man and a woman, were killed as a result of the shooting and the stabbing. The event took place in the Herndon neighborhood located on the 13200 block of Stable Brook Way at approximately 8:30 in the morning.

During a press conference, the Chief of Police for the Fairfax County Police Department, Kevin Davis, stated that the department had responded to the scene after receiving multiple calls to 911 from someone who was located inside the residence. Davis asserts that both of the calls were placed using some kind of mobile device. During the second call, police stated that two people reported that a shooting had taken place inside the house.

The shooting was reported to have been reported by both male and female residents. Davis was able to determine that the call had been placed by a married couple who also had a live-in caregiver. During the course of the call, the husband revealed to the officers who responded that he was in possession of a firearm and that he had shot another person inside the residence. He also told the officers that he was the person who had been shot.
